I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the human services field. I received a BS in Psychology and Master in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. I specialize in trauma therapy, depression, grief, anxiety, stress-management, self-esteem building, women issues, military and families, collegiate/pro-athletes, corrections, whole health, and gay/lesbian issues. I developed a passion for working with the diverse needs of the BIPOC community from where they are and guide them to where they want to be. Therapy works best when a person has trust and can be their authentic self. Come as you are and leave closer to where you want to be.
