Thank you for taking the time to learn about me as your prospective counselor! I have been in the helping profession for over 20 years. The journey began in 1991 when I received my master’s degree in Counseling from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 1997, I became a licensed professional counselor and a year later I moved to Houston, Texas. My passion for helping has not waned and the reward of seeing people change, one session at a time, is priceless! As a therapist, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide range of challenges such as emotional disorders, adjustment issues, abuse & trauma, stress-related disorders, grief and loss, divorce & separation, marital & family conflicts, behavior problems, and juvenile delinquency. You can expect to be treated with respect and utmost care. Together, we will work to help you reach your desired goals with you in the driver’s seat! Open to working with children ages 6 and older. Please note that I will only provide disability support to my active clients.
