I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 8 years of experience. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, marital issues, pre-marital counseling, family issues, life transitions, complex PTSD, school issues, work stress and grief. My approach is client-centered with individualized treatment that prioritizes authentic relationship over anything else first. Therapy modalities I utilize include CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and EFT. I believe that every problem has a solution and everyone has a potential for change and growth. I understand that you may be skeptical, uncomfortable, or even fearful about therapy.
