Seeking mental health counseling is a courageous step, often taken during times of emotional struggle or uncertainty. My goal as a therapist is to support you in achieving overall well-being and fostering a hopeful outlook on life. Together, we will work toward gaining clarity, insight, and a more positive perspective. No matter where you are on your journey, therapy can help you shift your mindset and improve your emotional well-being.
I take great pride in the skills I have developed to benefit my clients. With a deep interest in human nature, genuine empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others, I strive to create a strong therapeutic relationship—the foundation of effective therapy.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an educator. I hold a Master’s degree in French from UC Berkeley and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive therapies, tailored to support meaningful change and healing.
I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, grief, divorce, and life transitions. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have before we begin our work together.
Taking the step to seek help is a powerful act of self-care—congratulations on your courage. I look forward to supporting you on this journey.
