I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide counseling services to individuals, groups, and families. I use an eclectic style approach mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. I provide a welcoming environment for individuals to feel safe and affirmed. Open to working with adolescents ages 16 and up.
