My name is Verenice Torres, and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes deeply in the importance of mental health and compassionate care. I’m passionate about creating supportive spaces where individuals and families can navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
I earned my graduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and bring over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist. Throughout my career, I’ve supported children, teens, families, and adults facing emotional, relational, and life-transition challenges.
I work with children and teens to strengthen emotional regulation, self-esteem, and coping skills. With adults, I support healing the inner child, breaking long-standing patterns, and building the confidence to create fulfilling relationships. I often work with clients navigating dating, attachment wounds, and the feeling of being “behind” in life. Using EMDR and other evidence-based tools, I help people develop deeper self-trust and emotional safety.
Healing is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
