I have experience in working with a variety of individuals, especially those with symptoms of depression and anxiety. I also have experience in treating those with a history of traumatic experiences, loss and grief, alcohol and substance abuse issues. I use an eclectic approach but work collaboratively with you for the best plan of action. Using an individualize treatment plan, I will guide you to achieve your desired goals.
