I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina as well as South Carolina and Nevada. I completed a Master of Science degree from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. I began my counseling practice upon graduation and worked for Sagestone Counseling in Emerald Isle, NC from 2017 until relocating to Wilmington, NC in 2020. I opened my counseling practice Wilmington, NC In June of 2021 and I see a variety of clients including those with substance use disorder, trauma, PTSD, couples as well as children. As someone in long term recovery, I have a special interest in substance use disorder, trauma, and PTSD. I am a very person centered therapist which means I want to work on what you the client wants to work on. I don't have a set formula for counseling and tailor my approach on what I think works best for the client.
