Hi! I am Shauna. I view mental health as a collaborative process from goal setting to conquering goals. We have different ways we relate to society and the impact it has on us. No one path is the same and there are obstacles we have to overcome. I meet each individual where they are emotionally and mentally to provide the individual to share their vulnerabilities in a brave and safe space. I focus on strength-based and solution-focused therapy in order for the individual to be motivated for the next life transformation. I implement effective evidence-based psychotherapy methods to instill engagement, psychoeducation, and empowerment to assist clients in adopting a new attitude and feeling towards self and life circumstances. We all have trials and tribulations, and you are not alone in navigating your way through life. I understand how life can get you weighed down and feeling overwhelmed.
