Life has a way of wearing us down—especially when you’ve spent so long showing up for everyone else. Whether you’re navigating a major life change, managing anxiety or depression, or working to untangle relationship patterns that no longer serve you, healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. With over six years of clinical experience, I help clients reconnect with their voice, reclaim their emotional clarity, and set healthy boundaries without guilt. I use a blend of solution-focused modalities to meet each client where they are, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally respectful, creating a space where you can be fully seen without judgment. If you’re ready to stop shrinking yourself for others and start honoring your own emotional needs, I’m here to walk with you. Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be seen—and I would be honored to hold that space for you.

“Nothing Is Impossible: the word itself says that I’m possible.“ Audrey Hepburn I am a northern native who committed to breaking down the stigma associated with mental health and minorities. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the medical field and noticed disparities and challenges that reinforced poor mental health. I firmly believe that with encouragement, patience and understanding we can all find our level of wellness. My commitment is in empowering and to value the individuality that diversity presents. My philosophy for helping is grounded in an integrative interactive approach to the therapeutic paradigm. I have a special interest in working with minorities and the LGBTQIA+ community to overcome the emotional trauma of inequality. I also work with foster and adopted families, and adopted adults. In a world that continues to turn with or without us, we often wonder where we can get off in order to regroup. When we are expected to fulfill all of the everyday roles that we have taken on, we tend to lose touch with ourselves. My purpose is to provide an open, restorative and non-judgmental healing space for you. I am pleased to work with individuals who want help with anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. As well as providing support during life transitions, unexpected changes and personal growth. I don't believe in the cookie cutter approach, everyone is different and has different needs. I believe the client should have complete autonomy on their journey. I am here to support you as you move through healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger management or even if you just need someone to listen. The goal for me is to make sure that the client feels welcomed, respected and safe. I look forward to walking with you on this new journey.
