I am passionate about ministering to the family through individual, couple and family therapy. Introducing and restoring individuals to the true freedom that Christ offers, is extremely fulfilling to me. I was led into the counseling profession during my years in youth and family ministry within the church. God broke my heart over the suffering I witnessed within families due to various types of dysfunction. As a result, I felt called to pursue counseling credentials in order to specialize in full-time counseling ministry. I have the distinction of being dually qualified as both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Indiana and an ordained minister. This combination of wisdom, experience, and associated skill sets equip me to help individuals and families in the healing process. Open to working with adolescents 13 years and older.

Life can feel heavy sometimes. You may be doing your best to keep moving forward, but inside you feel anxious, disconnected, or weighed down by old wounds. You’ve tried to manage things on your own, yet something still feels unsettled. If you’re ready to stop just getting through the days and start feeling more like yourself again, therapy can help. I work with older teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that long to heal. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness to support deep, lasting change. IFS helps you understand and care for the many parts of you that have developed to cope or protect. EMDR can gently reprocess painful experiences so they no longer hold the same power. Mindfulness and connectedness help you stay grounded and present as you heal. My hope is that therapy feels like a safe, accepting space where you can rest, reflect, and grow. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin — you just have to start. Healing begins with connection, and I’d be honored to walk with you on that path.
